Company is not handling COVID appropriately by applying pressure to return to office while other large companies in the area are closing campus till 2021. I liked the work but they expected way too much in a short period of time. I am very smart and give 110% and the management was awful!!!! They treated me very poorly and set me up for failure!!!! Do not go to work here!!!! They praised my work at first and then very suddenly they started nit picking every little thing and saying it was all wrong. I had proof of everything that had happened and even other employess with a long standing history doing the same thing saying my work was great but management wanted me gone. I never missed a day and was never late! The whole experience was humiliating and left a job of 8 years to go to work at Unum! Be warned!!!! Pros Nice building!!!! Good pay!!!! A lot of nice people. Cons Everything else!!!!! Used to be a great place to work until the new CEO took over. All he cares about is the money that goes into his pockets and sending jobs to India.
Small little connector airport. Everyone is friendly and things went very smoothly through security check point. Waiting area for flight was set up well during covid. Radar Bar is set up pretty... Small but convenient airport. First time flying in/out and would definitely consider it again. Allegiant price was so cheap compared to other airlines and airports. Super small but very efficient very clean as well and with so many starting to travel again after everything getting shut down it's nice to see a clean airport. Options for Uber & Lyft are very... The smallest airport I've flown into (5 gates), on the smallest plane I've ridden yet. This airport is quiet, clean, calm, and not at all crowded. TSA and check in were a breeze on a weekday... CHA is very small but efficient! They only have one TSA line, and evidently no Pre-Check, however the line moves very quickly. The terminal has 4 or 5 gates, but CHA can accommodate more planes on...

The company itself is an amazing company with great benefits and time offered. No doubt there. Pros Paid time off, considerate, benefits and pay Cons Repetitive work, Mostly all computer work or phone calls. Good company culture, however most jobs require well over the 40 hour work week. The company as a whole expects way too much from their employees. I've never really been one to leave reviews of a company I've worked for. I don't think its really ethical or worth the time, but if this review gives someone the heads up they need to avoid the mistake of working here, I've done enough. At any entry level role here, there is a lot of turnover. Basically the company relies on its Fortune 500 status to combat the turnover rate; they know people will keep applying here so you are expandable. The training focused more on the company culture than your actual role, and when it does come to learning about your every day activities, the training comes in the form of shadowing people while they work.
